Slept like a baby. Not a colicky Victorian baby but like a warm, peaceful dumpling wrapped in serotonin and digestive closure.

Woke up desperate to weigh myself, but I am holding the line. Two more days 'til Jab number 2 and I must remain strong...or at least mildly distracted.

ADHD brain? Missing. Vanished. No tabs open. No chaos. Just smooth, unbothered brain vibes like the jab hit my neurons with a lavender-scented pillow. How? No idea. Mounjaro magic, baby!

Commute vibes: Stronger. Lighter. Spiritually smug. Why?

Because last night...it happened.

At 20:47 hours.

The earth moved.

The clouds parted.

A single, glorious bowel movement descended like Mufasa from the sky.

Was it emotional? Yes.

Did I nearly clap? Yes.

Did I whisper "thank you" to my colon like it was an Oscar speech? You BET I did.

I am reborn. I am a few lbs lighter and one soul freer.

Still deeply appetite-suppressed. Protein bowl for breakfast (again). At this point I am either going to marry it or sue it!

Lunch? Tofu in black bean sauce with a whole bag of spinach because rice felt too wild...

Dinner was tomato soup and now watching the kind of TV that lowers your IQ but raises your self-esteem.

Early night for me. One more day in the office, then two glorious days working from home - in pyjamas, ideally horizontal.

With Love & Deep Relief,

JABatha Christie
